Waller Building associates were contracted to carry out a roofing project to a pair of semi attached properties and a row of 4 No. terrace properties. This required erecting scaffold for the works, stripping of existing tiles from the row of 4 properties, along with working closely with the asbestos company on the stripping of the asbestos tiles on the semi attached properties.
The work also included renewal of felt, batten, roof tiles, fascia, soffit, Guttering and down pipes, plus repointing of chimneys.

I can confirm that:
The work started and finished in line with the programme.
The quality of work in all elements was to a very good standard.
The work was completed in line with building regulations
The workforce was polite, approachable and professional; this was particularly important as the project required frequent liaison with our residents.
The contract was priced competitively.

In summary I would have no hesitation in working with Waller building Services on other projects and no hesitation in recommending them to other housing associations.
